Who We Are
The Diablo Buckskinners is a non-profit club dedicated to promoting the sport and preserving the history of black powder shooting.
Where We Are
Club meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at Round Table Pizza at 504 Center Ave. in Martinez, Ca at 7:00 p.m. Club shoots are held the third Saturday of each month at the United Sportsmen, Inc. multipurpose range located at 4700 Evora Rd. in Concord, Ca. Generally there is a potluck held at a club member’s home each month.
What We Do
The club sponsors two rendezvous per year with many muzzleloading shooting events: rifle & pistol trailwalks; shotgun & tradegun events; fun shoots and even a “Pilgrim Trek” for those who whould like to experience the fun of black powder for the first time. Many club members also donate their time to educate people and organizations such as the Boy Scouts about muzzleloading and buckskinning.
Please join us at a club meeting, observe one of the shoots or come to the Rendezvous to see why the Diablo Buckskinners feel that this is “A Way of Life!”
